My Practice
Incorporating a Person Centered, Humanistic Base, I integrate Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy where appropriate, devising a personalized, individual plan of care for each client.

I can also work specifically with individual children on a variety of issues such as low self esteem, under/over eating, anxiety, challenging behaviour etc.
I have an advanced and up to date CRB Check in place.
I have been a member of BACP since 2003, which means that I adhere to their Ethical Guidelines.
